CBH: Hamptons

A Private, Seasonal, Targeted and Intensive Therapeutic Experience

CBH: Hamptons is a seasonal treatment experience offering highly individualized therapy intensives for a small number of clients each summer in the Hamptons. Every CBH: Hamptons intensive is entirely unique to the clinical needs and goals of each client. A carefully selected group of CBH’s most talented and innovative clinicians work in close collaboration with clients to deliver an immersive treatment experience—one that integrates evidence-based intervention with refined, real-world application in a naturalistic setting.

Our Clinical Framework

Pre-Intensive Planning

Approximately one month prior to the start of care, the client and primary clinician engage in an in-depth planning process. Treatment objectives are clarified, and the structure, pacing, and scope of the intensive are meticulously designed to ensure alignment and clinical focus.

Intensive

Treatment unfolds throughout the summer in a highly personalized format. Sessions may take place within the client’s residence and selectively within the community, incorporating experiential, skills-based, and exposure-oriented interventions as clinically indicated.

Progress is continuously monitored using behavioral and outcome-based measures.

Post-Intensive Integration
  • For CBH primary clients: Ongoing integration and reinforcement of treatment goals continue seamlessly as part of longitudinal care.
  • For non-CBH primary clients: A series of 4–6 follow-up sessions supports continued growth and close collaboration with the client’s existing clinical providers to ensure continuity and long-term impact.
