Creative Arts Therapy is an integrative, experiential approach that uses artistic expression as a primary therapeutic intervention.

It engages clients in creative processes—such as visual arts, drama, poetry, music, and dance/movement—to explore emotional experiences and navigate life challenges.

This approach is particularly beneficial for individuals who struggle to express their feelings verbally, feel stagnant or ‘stuck’ in their therapeutic journey, or wish to deepen their emotional exploration through a more experiential process.
