Haley is a dedicated mental health professional who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating emotional, behavioral, executive functioning, and interpersonal challenges. She provides a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore their concerns, navigate periods of change and adjustment, and develop practical strategies to improve daily functioning.
Haley has a particular interest in working with adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, navigating identity development, building emotion regulation skills, strengthening self-esteem, and adjusting to major life changes. Drawing on her training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Haley partners with clients to build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, regulate emotions, foster resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.
Her experience includes providing outpatient care to children, adolescents, and adults. She has particular experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, those with complex mental health presentations, individuals experiencing sexual health concerns, and those exploring their sexual orientation and gender identity.
