With over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and management, Karina combines a robust academic background with extensive practical expertise in the field. Driven by a deep passion for mental health treatment and providing exemplary patient care, Karina is currently pursuing a second Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Karina draws on her extensive experience in healthcare operations and her background in psychology to provide exceptional support to clients, families, and clinicians—blending efficiency with empathy to ensure optimal care.

In her role at City Behavioral Health, Karina oversees all operational and billing functions, allowing our clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality clinical care.
