Stephanie brings years of experience working with clients across diverse clinical settings and addressing a wide range of mental health issues. She is a skilled behavioral clinician whose approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She specializes in substance use and addiction, mood disorders, relational and parenting challenges, major life transitions, and career-related changes.
Stephanie builds therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, collaboration, and support. She utilizes an integrated approach that combines traditional psychodynamic elements with pragmatic behavioral strategies. Stephanie also incorporates mindfulness and communication skills training when beneficial to her clients. Her warm, compassionate nature creates a space where clients feel safe, heard, and celebrated. Stephanie is passionate about working creatively with clients to help them discover new pathways forward.
In addition to her clinical work, Stephanie draws on her background as an improviser and performer to lead interactive workshops on communication and leadership for corporate clients. She has extensive experience helping executives address communication challenges in both professional and personal contexts.
